Rates

Customer to contact owner for details as our rates vary according to season and availability.
Rates charged will be for the property for 2 people, additional guests pay an extra •10 per night.
A non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
A refundable security deposit of •150 will be charged when making payment of the balance.

Long stays:
Long stays available from 28 nights or more at discounted rates from November to March. 
Utilities (electricity) will be charged extra as used by the meter reading. 
Included in the rate is a quick weekly clean with change of sheets and towels.
